Please contact [email protected] for options. We do our best to keep all items in stock but certain items do sell out and may not be available for rush delivery. Items ineligible for rush delivery or expedited shipping include items labeled 'Pre-Order', and 'Pre-Sale'.
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track My Order" menu by copying the tracking number from order details or Notification Email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.
Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, loomne has no control over these shipping carrier delays. If your package tracking states "Arriving Late", please contact the shipping carrier for more information and please be patient.
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package:
Contact your courier directly to confirm delivery (e.g., porch drop-off, locker, or neighbor).
Any refused delivery may be subject to additional fees or a restocking fee. We recommend contacting us prior to refusing the delivery to avoid additional charges.
